Ingredients
  • 4cups Raspberrieswashed, sorted and crushed (You can pick in-season and freeze the fruit to make the jam any time throughout the year)
  • 6 1/2cups Sugar
  • 1container pectin
  • 1/2teaspoon Butter
  • sanitized jarshot
Instructions
  1. Mix together raspberries and sugar in a heavy pan and bring to a boil. Keep stirring while boiling.
  2. Add a container of pectin and boil for 1 minute. To avoid foaming, add butter.
  3. Pour into hot sanitized jars. Wipe the tops carefully, put on lids and seal tightly.
  4. Put jars in a water bath for 10 minutes.
