Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3cup Soybean Oil
  • 1cup canned pumpkin(about half of the can)
  • 2 1/2cup Flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 2tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease your loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  2. With a handheld mixer, combine bananas and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well each time.
  4. Mix in oil and pumpkin.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
  6. Slowly add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture. Mix until combined.
  7. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 70 to 80 minutes. Bread is done when a knife inserted comes out clean.
