Dawn’s Easy Sweet Corn Bread/Muffins
Ingredients
  • 1cup sweet corndrained
  • 1package Jiffy corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1/4cup Milk
  • 1tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in bowl.
  3. Let the batter rest for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir lightly before filling muffin pan or 8×8 pan.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
